Pathways to Apprenticeship New Jersey (P2A NJ) is a non-profit organization dedicated to breaking down barriers and creating pathways for aspiring individuals to enter the registered building trades apprenticeship programs.

Direct Entry Information Sessions
P2A NJ works directly with community partners and organizations such as New Jersey Reentry Corporation (NJRC). Our partnership allows us to provide training free of cost to re-entry justice-involved and low-income communities. Throughout the year we will provide these trainings by way of an interview selection process.
If you are interested in an opportunity to experience Pathways To Apprenticeship NJ Pre-Apprenticeship Training, please follow these steps:
- Click the button below to voice your interest in our info sessions by completing a Construction Pre-Apprenticeship Interest Form.
- Attend the information session where participants gain a comprehensive understanding of P2A’s mission, values, and program structure.
- After attending the info session with P2A NJ you will be contacted by one of our staff members for an in-person interview. Afterward, you will be accepted into our training program or informed of what’s required of you to be accepted. We’ll work with you every step of the way.
